FAQ

1. What happens after I purchase a package?

Once you purchase the package, we will send you a questionnaire asking the details of your DNS access to create A-Record, not needed if you can do it yourself and will share you the IP. Once everything clear we will schedule the start of the project on a mutually agreed date if it involve any development process.

2. How soon you will to get my domain up & live?

Name server and DNS update may take upto 72 hours from the time it has be update.

3. What will be the team size of my project?

Cloud Service is maintain by a team of total 26 cloud service expert, but 8 only remain available in three shift alternatively and two remain extra backup. If you have purchase any development service or design purchase, the basic team size for any design project will be 3, a PM, a design and an HTML coder. If Wordpress integration, core custom development or App development is involved, the necessary developers will be added to the project.

4. Will I get a refund if I am not satisfied with the work?

Please go through our Refund Policy in detail here.

5. We can get it directly from cloud service, why should we buy from you ?

We provide you all the technial support, server configuration, take care of the security and backup. Cloud service provider will not provide you all these what we are offering you.

6. Are there any ongoing costs on hosting package purchase?

No. You will get all the services that are listed for a particular package. There are no post-launch fees or extra monthly charges. If you seek a service outside the package it would incur additional fees.

7. How much are the additional fees?

Depends on the task you seek. If the tasks fit any of the services provided by Echotech Lab with a defined package cost, you can buy that. If its random or small tasks that last for a day or two, we could bill on an hourly rate.

8. Do you can migrate my website?

Yes we can. Check our hosting plans of your choice or give a call to us, we will take care of the rest.

9. How long does it take to configure the server for me?

There are many aspects involved that can influence the length of
the project including:

The service package you have selected.
The size of the website / app
The complexity of the migration (if any)
DNS update

10. Do you provide support after the launch of my new website?

Yes. You are welcome to give us a call or reach out at any time. We don't just build your website and then disappear. We are happy to answer any questions or fix something that breaks. However, large scale design or development updates are billed at an hourly rate. Please know that we would never perform work on your website without first discussing the scope of the work and receiving your approval to proceed.
